Online Registration Form:
- Add courses to the basket by clicking the Register Now button located in the 'Registration Options' section below.
- View the basket contents by clicking the View Basket button above this section.
- While viewing the basket, you can retract a course from the list by clicking the 'Remove From Basket' button.
- Pleas do not forget to add a Non-Refundable Registration Fee (not applicable for an entire workshop registration), or we will add it for you once the order is being processed.
- Once finished adding courses to the basket - proceed to the Online Order Form and fill out your information and means of payment.
- The online order form is encrypted. All the personal information is being processed via a secured server.
- You will get an automatic confirmation e-mail once your order arrives to our server.
- A second e-mail will be sent manually once we process your order.

I hereby release Tradition In Tap, Inc., Board & Advisory Committee, instructors, sponsors and all event locations from any and all claims or liability due to personal injury or loss of property which I (or my child) may sustain as a result of participating in any activity connected with this workshop.
I also permit Tradition In Tap, Inc., to use any video or photographic pictures taken, of myself (or of my child), for any promotion and / or archival purposes.
